Menai Collection

The Menai Collection emerged from an exploration into creating a composite material from mussel shells and Jesmonite. The shells were hand-picked along the Menai Strait, then crushed to reveal their natural colours and create a sparkling, textured finish.

Inspired by the form of the mussel shell itself, the collection follows its fluid curves across a small dry flower vase, tealight holder and jewellery dish.
