Spira 1st Edition

Spira is an aluminium trivet inspired by the circular pattern of traditional stove burners, reinterpreted through simple, tactile forms.

Spira 1st Edition is a limited-edition batch of sand-cast aluminium trivets, developed using accessible tools and manufacturing processes. Offered in both a raw aluminium finish and black textured powdercoated finish. Originally intended for die casting, the project instead combined 3D printing with sand casting, with the natural cast texture and marks from the mould intentionally retained.
